Simon has mentored a number of individuals and worked with start-ups on the NatWest e- spark programme, as well as numerous consultancy roles. This has developed a knack for spotting problem(s) within your business and Simon will work with you to help identify the challenges and then develop a strategy to resolve, develop and improve in those critical areas across the whole business. It doesn’t matter if you are a business of 2 people or 200, the answers are often the same.

Track Record

Simon’s sales and marketing approach in the early 90’s earned him the accolade of being the first British-based manufacturing business to be stocked and sold on the Apple store under his own company’s brand.

Setting and achieving goals for a sales team that covered 101 countries, using unique strategies for each market and then carrying and beating the largest sales target outside of the US, were real high points in Simon’s corporate career with Symantec.

Round all of this off with an appetite to start and run small businesses and to grow those gives him a unique angle on how to work smarter, not harder. Simon will work on this approach with you… his business is not called Intrapreneur for nothing.
